Refund and Returns Policy

At Intuitive Aesthetics Solutions, we are committed to providing high-quality, personalized medications, supplements, devices, and other Intuitive Aesthetics Solutions products. Due to the customized nature of these products, we cannot accept returns under any circumstances. This policy ensures the safety and integrity of the treatments provided to our valued customers.

Please review the details below carefully regarding refunds and the steps to follow if you encounter issues with your order.

Pharmacy Processing & Shipping Liability & Consent Policy

This policy governs all transactions processed through Intuitive Aesthetics Solutions and its affiliated pharmacy partners. By placing an order, you agree to the following legally binding terms:

  • 1 - Pharmacy Processing & Order Fulfillment
  • All prescription orders are reviewed, verified, and filled by a licensed pharmacy, strictly in accordance with federal and state laws.
  • Processing time for standard orders is typically 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and recognized holidays.
  • We do not process or ship prescription orders on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays in order to preserve product quality and ensure timely delivery.
  • Expedited processing is available upon request for an additional fee and must be approved in advance.
  • Orders are fulfilled in the order in which they are received.
  • 2 - Address Accuracy & Client Responsibility
  • Clients are solely responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is complete, accurate, and deliverable.
  • If an order is undeliverable or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address, Intuitive Aesthetics Solutions and its pharmacy partners accept no liability for loss, replacement, or additional costs incurred.
  • Changes to a shipping address after an order has been placed are not guaranteed and must be requested immediately in writing.
  • 3 - Delivery Confirmation & Title Transfer
  • Title and risk of loss for any products ordered transfer to the client upon carrier confirmation of delivery to the address provided at checkout.
  • Delivery confirmation by the shipping carrier (including but not limited to GPS tracking, vehicle GPS logs, or photo confirmation) is deemed legally sufficient proof of delivery, regardless of whether the client claims non-receipt.
  • Clients agree that neither Intuitive Aesthetics Solutions nor the pharmacy is liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or misplaced after confirmed delivery.
  • 4 - Refunds, Replacements & Claims
  • Refunds or replacements will not be issued for orders confirmed as delivered unless it can be demonstrated, to our satisfaction, that a verified shipping error occurred on our part.
  • Clients must promptly notify us in writing within 48 hours of any non-delivery or delivery issue to initiate a carrier investigation.
  • Clients must fully cooperate with any carrier investigation or insurance claim process, including providing statements, access for inspection, and contact with local authorities if necessary.
  • Failure to comply with these steps may result in denial of any claim for loss.
  • 5 - Consent & Acknowledgment
  • By placing an order, the client explicitly:
  • Consents to these standing order and shipping liability terms as a condition of sale.
  • Acknowledges responsibility for providing accurate shipping information.
  • Accepts that delivery confirmation by the carrier is final proof of delivery.
  • Agrees not to dispute credit card charges solely on the basis of claimed non-receipt once carrier delivery is confirmed.
  • Agrees to all applicable pharmacy and state/federal laws governing prescription dispensing and shipping.
  • 6 - Additional Provisions
  • This policy is governed by the laws of the state in which Intuitive Aesthetics Solutions operates and any disputes shall be resolved in that jurisdiction.
  • Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Intuitive Aesthetics Solutions, its owners, pharmacy partners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from the client’s failure to comply with these terms.
  • This policy may be updated periodically; continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
  • By completing your order, you agree that you have read, understood, and accept this policy in full.

Refunds

  • While all products are non-refundable, we understand that issues may arise during shipping or delivery. If you experience any of the following:
  • Damaged items upon delivery
  • Incorrect shipment
  • Missing items
  • Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. For us to resolve your concern effectively, provide the following information:
  • 1. Order Number
  • 2. Tracking Number
  • 3. Photo Evidence of Damage (if applicable)

How We Handle Refund Requests

  • Each case will be reviewed individually by our team. Based on the circumstances, we may issue either:
  • A replacement for the damaged or incorrect product, or
  • A refund credited to your original payment method.
  • If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 15 business days of approval. The credited amount will reflect in your account depending on your bank or card provider's processing times.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days:
  • 1. Check with your bank or credit card provider – Refunds can take additional time to reflect depending on their policies.
  • 2. If you still do not see the refund, contact our support team for further assistance.
